Handcrafted & Curated With Care Because our gift boxes feature a mix of curated textiles, delicate ceramics, glassware, and artisanal treats, we follow strict policies to ensure every gift arrives beautifully. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms: 

Shipping & Delivery 
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check the recipient's address and phone 
number. We cannot offer refunds or box replacements if a delivery fails due to 
incorrect details or if the recipient refuses the surprise box. 
• Festive & Weather Delays: While we always ship on time, external factors 
like heavy Bengaluru monsoons or peak festive rushes (Diwali, New Year) 
can sometimes cause courier delays. We appreciate your patience! 
Smart Substitutions 
• To maintain the highest quality, if an artisanal item (like a specific chocolate 
flavor or candle design) goes out of stock, we will automatically substitute it 
with a similar item of equal or higher value without delaying your shipment. 
Strict Damage Policy & Clear Unboxing Video 
• Fragile Items: We pack our glassware and ceramic ware securely. However, 
if anything arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
• No Full Box Replacements: Under no circumstances will a full box or the 
entire order be replaced. Only the exact, individual item that was broken will 
be replaced. 
• Mandatory Clear Video: To qualify for a single-item replacement, you must 
provide a single, continuous, crystal-clear, unedited unboxing video. The 
video must start before opening and show the outer courier seal being broken, 
followed by the unpacking of the items. We cannot accept blurry videos, 
photos alone, or videos filmed after the box is already open. 
All Sales Are Final 
• No Returns or Full Refunds: Because these are curated gift items, all sales 
are final. Every single product undergoes a rigorous quality check and 
inspection before it is packed and dispatched. Therefore, no returns, full box 
replacements, refunds, or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
